Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations

Velora currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping rates

We offer tracked standard shipping based on package weight:

  • Small parcel: $9.99 USD

  • Medium parcel: $14.99 USD

  • Large parcel: $24.99 USD

Standard tracked shipping is free for orders of $135 USD or more after discounts and before taxes. The final applicable shipping rate is displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Orders ship from Changsha, Hunan, China.

Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Including processing time, most orders should arrive within 8–18 business days from the order date.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, and remote destinations may extend delivery times.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact support@velorabyday.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact support@velorabyday.com with your order number.

We will review the shipment and work with the shipping carrier to locate or resolve the package.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@velorabyday.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Customs and import charges

International shipments can be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes. Unless expressly shown as prepaid during checkout, any charges assessed by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier are the recipient’s responsibility.
